Forcing Apps to open in FULLSCREEN?

Hi,

Just got my Gentouch. Thank goodness for this forum. Some of the apps I have installed do not open fullscreen (ie. Engadget). Is there a way to force these type of apps to utilize the entire screen? Did a search and found nothing.

goto "spare parts" application then unchecking the "compatibility mode" then reboot your GT

Since I did a recent update I don't see "spare parts" unless I'm overlooking it. Can this be reinstalled?

yeah i had the same issue, I went to google and typed in spareparts.apk and found it in a minute

thanks....I'll do that. Has anyone tried the Flash 10.1 update that was posted. I haven't tried it yet

there are a couple of threads on the 10.1 Flash Player topic, you really need to read these before installing the apk so you are clear on what you are getting and what it does.
