FunTab Pro Won't Come On

My daughter got a Funtab pro for christmas. It was been working fine until now. When you turn it on the screen comes on like it's loading but it won't go past this screen? HELP? Their customer service sucks!

I agree! I have an ematic eglxl102b which worked and then one day it was stuck in a loop. I emailed customer support 3 times and have not heard squat from them. I am so irritated, I'll NEVER buy another product made by them again! If you do ever hear from them, please post so I can learn the magic too.

Have you tried a factory reset from system recovery ?

On most tablets with the power off, press vol+ and power until you see the screen turn on. Then release. Use vol+ and vol- to navigate, power to execute.
