HELP! Tablet stuck on sylvania screen and cannot do 3 finger recovery

My tablet has been stuck on the sylvania logo, i have been researching and found that it must first be enabled by using the iuw tool with an ius file. However i cannot seem to find a driver that windows 7 will recognize. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
