Not familiar with that tablet but external drives can be supported by tablets. You have to have a usb port capable of host mode, an Android version capable of USB hosting (Honeycomb should be fine) and a power supply for the drive (i.e. a powered usb hub hooked up between the tablet and the device being powered).

Yeah, the format also matters. I think that FAT32 is needed. For powersupply, I don't think its necessary to power the actual hub. If the drive itself has its own power supply, it should work out just fine.
