Hi people,
My Memo pad touch-system has been getting worse and worse. At first I thought it might just be the netflix app as their programming is pretty awful at best. However this morning is was using a note book app and had the same issue. To get the touch to work each time I have to reorient the screen then reorient it again then it works for a while. It is particularly bad at the edges.
I started looking for help on the ASUS website and got sent all over the place for products other than this damn tablet.
Does anyone have a direct email link to their warranty repairs or service departments in the US?
VERY disappointed in ASUS for this tablet. Been an ASUS user for years, but this really sucks for when things go wrong.
