i have a question regarding LOST.DIR

has the contents of LOST.DIR anything to do with my tablet's system? i mean if i deleted the contents, would it crushed my tablet? i dont know what those contents are but it really consume a lot of my sd card memory so i'm planning to delete those? is it ok to delete those?

I'm almost certain it won't be a problem to delete it That can appear after connecting the tablet to a PC and happens frequently on external cards that have been attached to a PC.
