I have fios mobile app and says lock my account how to unlock I put user pass still say due to multi

If I understand the problem the mobile app says your account is locked. If so, contact your local FIOS provider's support line.

Are you connected to FIOS on other devices OK?
 
Just on tablet asus 7,wellwas working 2 day ago!think need update?
 
I don't feel an update will help. You are trying to connect to WiFi? Check out the link below for some suggestions. If it's a app password no update will help. I still don't fully understand the problem.
