Hey i am using adroid 2,2 FROYO GT-p1000 .i experience error message media.process has stop unexpected ,pls help me

1. Upgrade to the latest firmware using KIES or PC Odin. http://samsung-updates.com/device/?id=GT-P1000
2. Perform factory reset.
