momo 11 speed 3g problem

Which dongle are you using? Unlocked?
Have you changed network settings?

I use Huawei E353 locked, but i can unlock it, but the problem is in the apn settings, cuz in Bulgaria MNC is 3 and when i type it momo says must be 2or3 digits. What to do now?

Are you on ICS?
I've tried to replicate but it allows me to enter 3 as MNC
I'm running JellyBean at the moment.
My 3G dongle works fine (Huawei E160G with a Samba SIM - UK).

The solution was to enter 03 for MNC
10x a lot

But now there is another problem, which invole non-stop reboot... 10x again
