Need help getting windows backup on my epad

1ST I have a android Tablet that uses google 2.1
2nd it locked up and now will not bring windows back up
It boots to where it says epad then the linux penquin.then a blank screen that
says android and a blinking _ ,thats at far as it goes. I have used the reset hole with clip and just goes back through the same procedure,I have no idea what to try.I need help to reinstall or something
spec: 10" touchscreen,ARM11 1.0 GHZ PROCESSOR, 2GB FLASH NANO,2.1 GOOGLE MOBILE OPERATING SYSTEM
WIRELESS INTERNET AND USB 2.0 PORT,256 MB RAM DDRII

Not sure if this is the right forum.......................... mod's please move to appropriate forum

but if i were you i would do a fresh factory reload............ contact your epad manufacturer tech support if needed

maybe it was something you just installed that messed up your boot?

Well sorry about wrong forum,not use to this at all,as for as contacting epad manufactruer teck support ,now thats easier said then done,would love to do a fresh factory reload,finding the information and download for that,well lets say I have looked many of sites without any luck,thanks for the reply
