Network Stream on VLC Android App. Player

How come when I open network stream on VLC Android app. player it doesmn't work


For example-

If i enter these -

mms://live1.wm.skynews.servecast.net/skynews_wmlz_live300k

CCTV-9 Broadband


Yet they work on VLC on my p.c..


Is there something I have to enable or get some codecs in order for Android version to work ?
