and his FFC id is : [ S7JNEXT7P12-8G ]

I found firmware for this Nextbook 7 model - nothing for the above model numbers, though.

Go to nextbookusa.com and select:

Support > Downloads > (scroll down to Step 2: Search by Type)

The first Choose One : Select Documentation
The second Choose One : Select Firmware

Tap the Search button > Scroll down to your device and tap the download arrow on the far right.

I have an Ares 10a 32GB; no firmware available for mine yet.
