Reset tablet

I have a Digiland DL801w tablet and it can not be reset by the power and Vol up or down button. What is another option,I have called the Co and three times they said they were sending me directions via-email and never followed threw sending the information. And yes with this model DL801w it can not be reset by the core buttons...I need help

Welcome to the forum Staghorn. Just about every known method for resetting a tablet is spelled out in the following thread:

Factory reset: How Do I "Factory Reset" My Tablet? | Android Tablet Forum

If there are no instructions there specifically for your tablet, try some of the methods for other tablets. One of them will probably work and you won't hurt anything by trying.
