"Restore" Development options in 3245

I got the shortcut and turned on debug however when I plug in a usb and use the Power/menu to sit at the infotmic screen (build 520) I cant get it to connect to computer. I dont even get a new hardware found.

wrong post, but there should be a message " Communicating with PC.. " if you press the Power+Menu

I want tom update my flytouch II to latest best firmware sd method can you help links etc can get to recovery mode wipe all data update.zip etc please i need your help many thanks
