You tried to link to your hard drive or SD card it looks like. You need to upload your photo here or to a hosting site like Photobucket. Click on the picture icon to either upload your pic or paste in the url if you chose a hosting site.

I prefer Folders to icons on the home screen. Using Launcher Pro

You can also just click the insert image icon in either Quick Reply or Advanced. Adorable dog!

How are you guys getting that middle widget that has the wifi, weather, sound, battery, etc on it?
