Stuck On Boot, No Recovery Mode

Hello, this is my first post here so I apologise if I make any mistakes.

I have an Allwinner A33 tablet (at least that's what it claims to be) which I purchased from the British Tablet Company on Amazon. The model number is L701.

When I switch it on it sticks on the Allwinner Android KitKat 4.4 screen (the last stage of booting) and will not budge.

I've tried all suggested combinations to try & get this tablet into recovery mode, but nothing works at all. It just does a normal boot and then sticks.

I also tried ADB but my PC won't recognise it when I plug it in via USB, it just doesn't appear at all.

Is there anything I can do to get it working again?

Welcome to the forum.

Doing a factory reset should work but all your data will be gone. You should get some help from this thread. http://www.androidtablets.net/threads/how-do-i-factory-reset-my-tablet.62022/ It's a matter of timing and can be tricky.

Thank you leeshor, but as I mentioned I can't get to the point of choosing a reset.
I've tried all possible combinations to get into those options on boot, but it doesn't work. Some have suggested this model doesn't have that capability.

I would like to be more help but if those suggestions don't work and your computer can't detect it I'm out of options..
