Tablet has white screen, tried with tf card, but nothing seems to work

Hello,

My tablet has arrived a few days ago, and it only gives a white screen when i start it. I downloaded the latest firmware from the zenithink website and copied it to the root of a micro sd card and hold the menu button when starting. But it does nothing, it only gives a white screen and i cant turn it of.
I have to reset it everytime.

Anyone has an idea on hw to fix this issue?

Sendit back as defective and get a new one.
