Time Wrong

It says I last visited at 8.10am yet I was here five minutes ago and it is 18.09. I have checked the settings and they appear correct.

That gets reset whenever you "Log Out" or "Mark Forums Read". The previous time, you apparently just closed the browser window and didn't "Log Out".

I don't usually log-out of this forum, I just move on and pop back frequently.

In that case, when you're going to leave for a while go to the drop down menu for "Forum Actions" and click on "Mark Forums Read". When you come back later your "User CP" will show the time you left and only the "New Posts" since that time.
