Touch screen is unresponsive.

Pandora got stuck, sounds like a bad CD. The Gentouch screen is black and doesn't repond to touch or turning off and on the power switch. Any ideas?

there is a physical reset button on the back.its a small hole that says reset next to it.try a toothpick or something that size to push it with.
