Update from Coby Germany website- Not for USA consumers

It is recommended that you do not use the 4.0 update that is posted on Coby Germany's website, unless you purchased your tablet in Germany or Europe. CobyUSA and Coby Germany carry different units. There is a strong possibility the update will turn your tablet into a brick. Your warranty will be deemed void if the tablet ceases to funtion due to the update being performed. If at any time, an update becomes available for North American tablets, it will be posted on CobyUSA's website.

When is the update for the U.S.?
Or are we gonna have to supply coby with money by buying their new products rather than wait for the update?
