Upgrade Tablet

Hello,
i am a new user on this site.Please apologize if posting on the wrong thread.
I own a tablet MASTER model MID7052.
it has as operating system Jelly Bean v. 4.2.
I would like to know if i can upgrade the Android version to a recent one.
If yes plaese how to do it and where to find what i need.
Any help will be really appreciated.

Probably not. You can check the manufacturer's website for an updated ROM, but it's quite likely no updates are available. Even if there were updates, the latest ROM for your device would be at least two years out of date, i.e. not recent.
