Visual Land Prestige 7- keyboard language issues

I just bought my dad and father-in-law the Visual Land Prestige 7 tablet.

Korean font shows up o korean wedsites, but I'm unable to install Korean on the keyboard and NEED IT Any suggestions? Help!

Since it does not come with google play how would get google play on the tablet?

I don't have the tablet, so can't say how to install market on it, the tablet must have some type of market, in that market there should be keyboards also.

after dling multiple ones super keyboard works! thank you so much my dad will do much better with korean installed and working!
