Hi: I've recently receive a Android Tablet Pc, but I'm unable to find the model and how to upgrade the firmware. The model is this:

In the tablet I can see this info:

CPU Telechips TCC8900 ARM 11 DSP 1GHz
Android 2.3.1
kernel 2.6.35.7-tcc

Nand Flash 4GB
Ext memory MicroSD
Board m57te

In Setting I select the option "system upgrade", but it says that I have to press the power button and volume+ key.. but my tablet hasn't volume keys! How can I do it?

Well, if the information above is correct you are on Android 2.3 and that's the latest and current version. So you have no need to worry about upgrading at present.

Here hardware information :

Display=8" LCD 800x600
ID=FRG83

HW=m801
RAM 256MB DDR2
Nand Flash 4GB
