It's not very expensive ($15)
I would probably use one in the car with the car mount, and maybe keep one near the lounger.

I didn't know there was a list of supported devices! It looks like a new product; too new to list. I just got done fishing a power wire through the dashboard vent anyway, so I think I will keep on using corded charging for a while.

Either the device comes equipped to handle wireless charging or it must be able to accommodate an add-on in the case to make it work. So yes, there is a list of devices that work and generally if yours isn't on the list and it's a tablet you're pretty much out of luck.
