J515OP Super Moderator Staff member Jan 6, 2011 5,172 899 Nov 22, 2011 #19 If you can get ADB access you can try and mess with the partitions and see if you can resize. It sounds like you had a internal memory crash though in which case you probably need to see if you can return the tablet.
