Please help me pick an android tablet from amazon

I am looking for a tablet more than 7" support 3D games, fast and responsive enough. around price tag of $100

here is a model I found

what do you think about it ? does it really support new 3D games or it is just advertising ? does the screen responsive enough ? there is no feedback for this model.

what do you think of Ainol Novo 7 Aurora II I found it great it which is better the elf or Aurora my friend ?
and I still cant find biger than 7" of ainol at amazon !!
