I have adb installed. my tablet is not listed as one of the devices. when I run adb shell it does not detect my device. The device touch screen is not responding and USB debugging is not enabled. How can I fix this issue pls. May be if there is a way to enable USB debugging from adb remotely or to hard reset the device pls help.
