    We dont sell that tablet, and haven't heard of it before :S, but I can tell you sometimes the hardwire connection for the wifi within the tablet can come loose during shipping. This can happen to the touch screen and power as well. (if you unscrew the back and take a look you'll see how fragile the connections are). Best not to do this though as you'll probably void the warranty. The best thing to do first is reset the tablet from the settings menu --> backup and reset. If this doesn't help then send the tablet back to manufacturers or whoever sold it to you and ask for a refund or exchange.

    Also, providing you have the right cables, check if your ethernet works. Plug the USB OTG cable in, then the USB ethernet adapter into this and then the ethernet cable from the router into the adapter.
