2nd attempt...from desperate old lady

    Leader and Pandigital
    I bought a Leader tablet from HSN (what was I thinking??!!!) I cannot get on line as it comes up with authentication problem...I have ATT UVerse, no router...2nd. I have a 2 year old + Pandigital tablet which gives me the same problem, but only when I try to set up my emails. Beyond that I get on line okay with it. The Leader has Android 4.0...I'm assuming that's Icecream Sandwich. I would truly appreciate it if someone could tell me what to do...in plain, simple, moronic English. Many thanks in advance...Happy New Year to all.....

    Hello Sullla, welcome to the forum. Try unplugging your Uverse modem for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
