Acer Iconia a500 or Samsung galaxy tab 10.1

Should I get the acer Iconia a500 or wait intill June 8th for the Galaxy tab?

Wait and see which tablet offer you the best value,
My Mates brother just bought the Transformer after weighing is options with the A500,
The keyboard dock gave him the push,
I'm waiting for decent reviews of the A100/A101 which seems really good for value...

Thanks. Is the acer a101 a 10 inch? Because the size Im looking for. The only thing thats holding me back from the acer a500 is the GPS is hit and miss. And I really want a Gps as a option.

The A100/A101 is the 7" model with android 3.0 and tegra processor,
I ordered the Elocity A7 for my mate and it felt so nice in one hand,
So ordered the dell streak as it had true multi-touch but the battery life was crap,
Only got 2hrs or just under 3hrs,
Returned it last week,
Waiting for reviews on the A100 wifi model or A101 3G model,
See how it compares to the Elocity...

Isn't samsung genrally better than acer any ways? I think Im going to wait.

Samsung does have the edge,
But I think Acer are right up there,
Also to note the Samsung will NOT have a SD Card slot,
So you can add more storage,
Where as with the Acer you get much more options

But the Galaxy will have a MircoSD slot - expandable up to 32gig....

yes it does. the iconia is amazing. no problems so far
