The flash on their website is for froyo

You have to have froyo 2.2 to run flash there is no exception, but you can use skyfire which will let you watch most videos online

If you want limited flash, as in flash light, Download the linked package. 2 requirements;

Optimized JIT enabled libdvm.so,

Open firmware based firmware, Prefferably Roebeets mod found on slatedroid.
