android.process.acore has stopped

i just got a new coby tablet 7015 today and when attempt to add a widget i get the following error android.process,acore has stopped please try again, does this mean i bought a bricked tablet? or is there a fix? plz help

It's been a while but if I recall you get that error if you add the Widget in portrait mode (holding it like a phone with the silver button at the bottom). If you turn it to Landscape mode (on its side) and add it again it should work fine. Not sure what causes this but its a known "out of box" issue with the coby. If you decide to Root it should fix this but that's an entirely different conversation.

i put it in landscape mode just a few hours ago to see if it would work and it did not sure why this is an issue with the coby tablets
