Archos 7 Home Tablet email removal

Hello, I have an Archos 7 Home Tablet, but I no longer have a use for it and I have a buyer lined up but I can't figure out how to remove my email from it. I've tried looking for remove in settings but come up with nothing. I am really looking to sell this and would prefer the new owner to not have my emails haha so any help would be greatly appreciated

Navigate to Settings / Applications / Manage Applications / Running and select mail application and force to stop and clear data
