Asus recently confirmed that the new Transformer Prime will eventually receive Android 4.0/ Ice Cream Sandwich, although on initial launch it will come with Honeycomb. They didn't give any kind of time-frame, not even a guesstimate, but they also confirmed that their other Android devices, including the OG Transformer, would eventually be receiving the update as well.

Too bad, if only because this might have been our first opportunit to play with ICS. I would guess Asus made the decision in order to get the full benefit of the holiday buying season for its hybrid tablet.
