Blue Android Lying on Its Back

Hi, I'm having problems starting the tablet. when switched on it just stays on a screen showing a Blue Android lying on its back with a shimmering colour traveling around it, it's been like this for a few hours now.
any ideas?

Hi Roth, welcome to the forum. Glad you decided to join us here at Android Tablets. I'd suggest you try a factory reset of your tablet. If you don't have any instructions, suggested methods for doing that are located here: http://www.androidtablets.net/forum/android-tablet-q/62022-how-do-i-factory-reset-my-tablet.html. None of the methods posted are specifically for your particular tablet, so try some of them to see if any work for you. Good luck!

Thanks Spider for the reply. I have a reset button on top of the tablet which i have pressed a few times which brings me back to the blue android on its back?
I've tried holding down the Power & Up-Down buttons which says -
'Are you sure system recovery?
Hold Power button.
Recovery Confirmed.
Boot into system recovery mode...
The next display show a larger Green Android with a blue sphere spinning inside it for 20 seconds.
Next screen - NAM-Gear Logo displays
which then again brings me back to the blue android on its back?
any other ideas.

Sorry Roth, I'm out of ideas on this one. Hopefully someone familiar with your tablet will come along to help out. Have you tried contacting the manufacturer?

Thanks for your help spider I will look into this, and if anyone else has any ideas then please get in touch before I hit it with a hammer and send it to Android Heaven.
