Can Not Charge Zeki

I have it plugged in but for some reason it won't charge the battery. What can I do without sending it back???

Hi quailgr, congratulations on your new Zeki tablet and welcome to the forum. Nice to have you as a member of Android Tablets. Sorry to hear you're having problems charging that tablet. If you can, try charging it from the USB port of a computer to see if the charger is the problem. Welcome to the forum

Try plugging it into a running PC for 5+ hours. If it charges at all you may have a bad charger.
