Can't Factory Reset Onda v972

i cant format my onda v 972 , i cant have acces into menu iv used power button and home button but nothing happen , !!only quad core logo i see in middle of screen if i try to reset it and i f try to turn it on, what i have to do " trow it in garbage ? I M close to burn it in the past it worked but now nothing happen !!

v changed the firmware or i don t know what they call it, simple naw wit s 4.2.2 in the past it was 4.1.1 good luck if you need hlp tell me
