Change Clock Android 4.0

Just bought an Allwinner A10, it came with very poor manual: How do I change the time on the clock also how do I create a delete basket.

Hi MET100, welcome to the forum. There's no need to create a delete basket. If you long press on something you wish to delete, a garbage can or a list of options that includes deleting should appear. Drag the object to the can and drop it in or tap delete in the options. To set the clock, there should be a category in your settings for time or something similar to set clock options like 12/24 and time zone. Actually setting the time should occur automatically when you're connected to the internet.
