connect to internet

Trying to connect to internet using wi-fi. I get connected but when I go to log in I get discconnected. Happens over and over.
What do I need to do to get on the internet? I have a password to enter IE and it take it then I get the disconnect box. Thanks

Is this at home on your own network? If so, you might try disabeling networking defender or any such thing on your router, then get the connection, then. Reenable network defender.

I just got my Android and have the same problem. I have a Netgear Wireless-N150 router. (WNR1000x2). I have a wifi signal and it says remembered but when I leave wifi it must go to disabled. How do I make the wifi connection permanent?
