The stock apps can't be removed without first rooting the tablet. You may be able to stop a few from running by disabling them. Go to settings - apps - all and find the ones you are having problems with and tap each and see what the options are. If nothing else, while there, you can clear the cache and (possibly) settings and force close them one at a time then restart your tablet.
