Do not know how to get apps

I have a Coby Kyros 1125. I was able to put 1 app on it (1mb) and I am unable to get any more. It tells me there is not enough space. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks. I do not have a memory card inserted. I think that it has 4gb built in.

I would purchase the biggest memory card that is available or that you can afford. I would move as many app to the card as possible.
