Don't Have a Device Question

Hello my name is Ronnie. I just bought this 7 inch google android tablet pc 4.0 4gb and I am having problems downloading apps or checking my regular mail not g-mail. It says something about not having a device. And I also keep getting a message when I try to log on to google that I have the wrong password or user name.
I hope someone can help me

Welcome to the forum
I suggest you go to settings - accounts and delete the Google account. Restart then add the account back.
