Elonex Etouch.........Help needed

Hi there, i'm new here...having trouble with my daughters Elonex Etouch....i'm trying to put a few films (AVI) on the tablet, but they all run quite a bit out of sync.....any ideas ?? or is this just the tablet itself cheers in advance​
