File Sharing that will share externalSD

I have found several solutions that will let you share the SD card directory via Samba or WebDav but none that will let me share the external sd. Anyone know of an android app that will do this?

I would like to be able to share both directories. Is there a way to create a symbolic link to the external SD from the internal one? Sort of like they did in the /mnt directory
