file sync for Asus eeepad tf101

Is there something like HTC Synch thtat will not only hanlde contacts and agenda from outlook for synchronising files on my Asus EeePad Transformer 101? I have tried Asus storage cloud, but the files are not physically on the machine thus I have to be slave of network availability and in the field it is not possible for me. On the phone the files are avaiable form the builtin memory.

try looking at a couple of different apps. SugarSync allows you to keep a folder sync'd between devices, PC and mobile. Also, look at Touchdown for Exchange by NitroDesk.

Thanks for your reply.
I am not working with Exchange.
Sugarsynch is on the cloud too.
Anything to synch files from pc to tablet via cable or WiFi? After synching, the files must be available directly form machine w/o a link to a network or or cellphone line.
