I'd hold off buying it till the promise 3.0 update is release...

I am afriad that will take a while because Google is not going to release Android 3.x source code.
That means until Ice Cream Sandwitch comes, no manufacturer other than OHA members will release any Android 3.x tablets....

Have fun waiting though...
