I'm a little confused, all the bechmarks put the yarvik tablet above the toshiba exept the android cpu markt chart, and as i'm a nube i don't understand if it makes it better or worse for emulation.

It depends on the games, but I'd go for the Toshiba.

A faster clock speed on a CPU doesnt always mean that it is faster.

On Yarvik's own website, the processor is just listed as "dual core". It doesn't mention anything else.

The Tegra is a processor that is found in most gaming-devices, and if there is one company that helps developers to get the most of of a CPU/GPU, it is nVidia, and with the Tegra being in so many different devices (including the massively popular Nexus 7) you will get the best experience.
