Unfortunately a 7 inch 4 Wire Resistive Touch Panel replacement, like the one pictured below, hasn't been located for this tablet yet. A thread was created asking for anyone with a non-functioning (bricked) tablet to sell for parts. Currently on eBay a refurbished tablet is selling for $79.99 and one with a broken screen, like yours, is being auctioned for $20.50 so the difference of $59.49 seems the going price for a replacement screen.

It would appear that the corners are not rounded and the wires are offset from center. Other than those differences it's a close match.
