Yes , they have been pushing an OTA (over the air) update over the last month. It is also available online if you look for it.

I've tried it yesterday +10 times with 'Kies' but always got the error that the server connection was lost (at different percent of the download), so i got the necessary files of the net and did it manual.
Works like a charm.
