Hi I was hoping to gather some information on how to fix my tablet. I have red numerous complaints and other bad stuff about it. I think it is a great product however mine stopped working. Current symptoms: Screen shows a blue @ 9 logo and fails to load. Does not respond when trying to reset (using all possible ways). Does not become recognizable by computer when plugged in via USB. Only shows battery being charged. Continues to load but fails every time it resets. How can I fix it? I am alright with tech but cannot trust some websites and their software. Can some one help me? THANKS
